Default Skill: Contractor BK-201

Description: Hei is the contractor BK-201, also known as the "Reaper". Once a trained guerrilla agent and assassin, his forte lies in stealth and speed,

combined with his post-trainee found powers of
electron manipulation.

Hei has 4 mana. He gains 1 mana every time he succesfully lands a skill on a hero. (a complete usage of q gives 2)

Effect: Every time Hei lands an ability, he goes invisible for 1.5 second, gaining a 100 ms bonus. During this invisiblity, if he casts another spell, its effect

will bolster.

Bolster on Q - The cable will snare the target for 3 seconds instead of 2.

Bolster on W - The 2nd dash will deal damage 4x of the initial dash.

Bolster on E - The combo will stun the unit for 2 seconds after it lands.

Bolster on R - The Ultimate will deal an additional 10x attack speed damage.




Skill Q - Synthetic Cable Knife

Description: Hei utilizes his synthetic cable blade knife, a utilitarian all purpose tool, to increase his offensive and defensive capabilities through various

usage.

Effect: Hei throws a cable knife that flies for 1000 range until it hits a target. Once a target is hit, Hei can fling himself towards the target. The fling
activates his passive. The movement rate is very fast, (dunno how to calculate this), should be about the speed of roas dash. Cable knife effects heroes

and walls only (pillars included)
and if hits a hero, will snare the hero at its location for 2 seconds.
Unit affected by Synthetic Cable Knife will be marked for 10 seconds. Only one unit can be marked at a time, and if a knfie is thrown a different target
while a knife is pre-existent on a target, it will swap its mark.
If this ability lands on a wall or pillar, it will instantly drag Hei to the target point.
Cable travel time is at rate of Reimu's amulet speed after acceleration.
If cable hits a pillar, its cooldown is halved.


Level 1- Cable Knife deals 10x AS damage.
Level 2- Cable Knife deals 15x AS damage.
Level 3- Cable Knife deals 20x AS damage.
Level 4- Cable Knife deals 25x AS damage.
Level 5- Cable Knife deals 30x AS damage.

Skill W- Precise Assassination

Description: Hei specializes in swift kills. He is in no way a powerhouse or frontal fighter. His ability relies in safe, and almost methodic way of slowly

shaving away the enemies survivability.

Effect: Hei slashes towards a designated area in a dashing motion, damaging anything in his path, once he reaches the destination, he will do a second

dash towards the direction of the first cast. If Hei lands the initial part of the spell on a hero, his spell cooldown is removed, If hit a creep or creeps,

reduced to 15 seconds.

First dash range = 700
Second dash range = 300
The second dash deals no damage, damage is only inflicted in first dash.
Initial slash does 2x damage on creeps.
There is a .5 delay between the first and second dash.
Dash speed is -Shiki Nanayas- Q dash speed.
Hei must travel the FULL RANGE of the dash. So essentially, minimum range of move is 700, while the second dash is not included as part of the spell

cast. For example, if he casts this in a location
in a 100 distance from him, he will go towards that direction for a full 700 range.
He cannot be targetted mid dash
Effect radius is same as sensa of shiki (Q).

Level 1- Deals 100 damage.
Level 2- deals 200 damage.
Level 3- deals 300 damage.
Level 4- deals 400 damage.
Level 5- deals 500 damage.

Cool Down: 30 seconds





Skill E - Lethal Blows

Description: Hei lunges towards the selected position, (maximum 300 range lunge). The first hero unit he collides with, he and the selected target go

invulnerable for .5 seconds, in this second hei will release a lethal barrage of strikes, aimed at vital positions, finishing with a kick that knocks the selected

unit 900 range from the contact position.

Level 1- Deals 500 damage
Level 2- Deals 1000 damage
Level 3- Deals 1500 damage
Level 4- Deals 2000 damage
Level 5- Deals 2500 damage

CD: 30 seconds





Skill - Ultimate - Electron Compulsion

Description:

Effect: Hei will instantly cast a spell that electrocutes the unit that is marked by "Synthetic Cable Knife", dealing damage and stunning the target for 1

second. If this ability kills the target, it will reset all of Heis cooldowns.

Level 1- Mana x 200
Level 2- Mana x 350
Level 3- Mana x 500

If color, pics, and background story would make a concept better I could be Dan Brown right now. And the stats for 1.2 are neglect able anyways.
