[Black Cat] Eve the Living Bio Weapon

Background Story:

Eve is a product of the experiment of creating the ultimate bio weapon. A product on the research on Nanotechnology, which is being led by Torneo. She have the ability of transform which is due to the nanomachines inside her body. Eve has a robotic personality, thinking of the task at hand, and not killing unless it is demanded. She likes sweets, especially ice cream, and looked forward to Sven buying her other food. Her Hobbies include reading, observing various things, and for some reason or another watching Sven.

Default: Skill(Passive): High Regeneration
The nanomachines inside Eve's body have various effect. Some of them were use for healing which Eve gains more of regeneration from a normal individual.

Skill(Active): Nanoslicer
Eve turns her hair into knife that can slice through everything. She attack enemy while she rush forward to the target or number of targets.

-casting animation can be canceled.
-Eve cant be control while using the skill
-casting time: instant

lvl2-deals 800 damage

-Cool Down: 15 sec

Skill(Active): Sword Arm
One of the most basic skill of Eve. She turn her arm into a sword and use it for combat purpose.

lvl1-Increase attack damage by 3% and a cleave attack
lvl2-Increase attack damage by 6% and cleave attack

lvl4-Increase attack damage by 12% and cleave attack
lvl5-Increase attack damage by 15% and cleave attack

-Cool Down: 30 sec.

Skill(Active): Metal Body
Eve turns her whole body into a metal one to depend from the attacks she received. While on this state, Eve wont be able to move at the same time she cant use any other skill she have. In exchange, Eve can block a large amount of damage.

Skill Ulti(Active): Nanomachines Haywire
A state where Eve makes the nanomachine inside her body into haywire releasing Eve full potential at the same time stress Eve brain due to too much transformation.

-do not stack with Sword Arm
-increase the regeneration of High Regeneration to 20/30/40 HP per sec.
-this skill last for 20 sec
-Metal Body is disabled on the skill duration
-cant be Dispel
-Eve can attack 3 units at the same time while on this state(the attack work like Split Arrow from Dota but the damage is not divided).
-casting time: .3 sec.

lvl1-Increase Attack by 15%, Attack Range by 150, Increase MS by 40%, and AS by 50%. In return, Eve will loose 3% Max HP per second.
lvl2-Increase Attack by 25%, Attack Range by 200, Increase MS by 50%, and AS by 60%. In return, Eve will loose 3% Max HP per second.
lvl3-Increase Attack by 35%, Attack Range by 250, Increase MS by 60%, and AS by 70%. In return, Eve will loose 3% Max HP per second.

-Cool Down: 60 sec.

Default skill : I think either you should increase the bonus hp regen(15~20), or make it percentage (0.7~1%)

1st skill : cool.

2nd skill : I think cleave suits better though, and how long does it last? Attack damage or physical damage? ( I prefer the 1st one)

3rd skill : Reduces all kind of damages? I'll seat back and wait till Kanade is nerfed to give more judgement on this one.

Ulti : Loose ?? what? HP ? increase physical damage right? Why should it not stack with H.Regen? You wouldn't need it later if you have HP balls which give 20 bonus hp regen. Is she silenced by buff? I prefer disables all skills other than utli.

oh gosh it seems that I have miss a lot of info.

I'll update it and btw omega, you and kurtherra have the same opinion at the regen and haywire(see chat box achieve for better information). Though the only difference on you two is that kurth say that the high regen should be 10 and if on Haywire state, make it 20. And yes the attack increase is damage. About the Sword Arm, I'll think about it. And I also edit the cool down of Sword Arm since that I suddenly see it as a quick cool down

I still prefer the percentage numbers though. Won't be a bitch early, a pussy late.

And at the ulti, yes she is silence by the ulti itself.

Direct HP removal is not counted as normal damage if i remember it correctly.

I meant is her skills disabled by JASS or disabled by buff?

Disabled by buff since that it would bring to much power if I do not make it like that.

Well I doubt that there would be a lot of suggestion that use direct damage as a skill so I'm fine if the damage will not be reduce.


and to selphiroth and IloveTsundere, if you want to put Train Heartnet, then would you understand if I'm going to use the moves he use at the manga for the game?

I've updated the skills again and add another effect at haywire which I currently in doubt to use.

What happen if you already have S.Arm's buff and you ulti? Does the previous one get removed or what?

Need more degen, 0/-5/-10 HP/sec doesn't cut it, increase it or make it percentage whatsoever. I think % to miss is better than degen ( due to stress, as in description)

Multi units attack = Split shot or Moon Glaive? Does it or does it not carry orb effect/ buff placer ?
