Reki is the Snipe Department's ace, Butei rank S, real name unknown. She's habitually taciturn, constantly impassive and indifferent in fashion. She's always seen with a large headphone over her head. Her signature quote is "I am a single bullet. It has no heart. Therefore, it does not think. It just flies straight towards its target", and she always says it before she shoots her target. She is able to shoot anything within a 2 km radius without missing her target with her Dragunov sniper rifle. Reki apparently listens to the sound of wind from her homeland using headphones in order to keep her soul intact with it.

Reki modifies her Dragunov Sniper Rifle changing its mode to Fast Shooting, greatly increasing its shooting speed, making it able to release a barrage of bullets in a blink of eyes, thus lowering the DMG dealt by the bullets, turning it into a dangerous weapon to consider. A normal person will not be able to control the aiming of such destructive weapon with that insanely speed, while Reki shoots without problems with a enviable accuracy.

Reki calls her personal teammates from the Butei Snipe Squad, which will bring their helicopter, frecuently used in many tactical battles, to her, in order to improve her mobility, aswell as allowing her to rescue near allies in danger, slowly healing them to return asap to the battlefield. Reki's aiming is such that she will not lose accuracy while shooting from the helicopter even if it is in movement.

The helicopter has spell inmunity.

The helicopter has 100 independant mana (Fuel), which will be consumed when moving or standing.
Consumes 1 mana per second when standing, and 4 mana if moving.
The mana lost will be calculated applying the correct formula using the MS and the distance travelled to prevent from moving, stop, repeat abuse.
If 500 MS reaches X units in 1 second, 0,1 mana is lost per every Y distance, where 10Y = X.
Standing time will be recorded, losing 0,1 mana per 0,1 seconds standing.
The helicopter is destroyed if runs out of mana, stunning and dealing DMG to the units inside it.
Fountain will restore 5 mana per second.
Once inside the helicopter, like when you load units into a goblin zepelin, you will be able to see loaded heroes icon, instead of helicopter stats. Clicking into a hero icon will unload it. Cannot unload all of them at once. Unload takes 0.1 seconds.
Focus Fire will be automatically activated while Reki is inside the helicopter. Cannot be cancelled.
Reki is able to attack (1500 range, since Focus Fire is enabled into the Helicopter), to use skills (Same Casting Range/Range than without the helicopter) or to move while inside the helicopter. Obviously the helicopter will be the one to be moved, not her.
When this skill is cast, Reki is instantly moved inside the helicopter, cancelling Focus Fire or any previous ordered action.
If Reki exits the helicopter, it will disappear and she and her allies will be unloaded to the ground. They will not take DMG.
Units inside the helicopter cannot attack nor be controlled, Only Reki is able to attack/unload allies.

These are three things Reki does not lack of, further, she has a 4th one, Insight. Combining the three attributes listed above, Reki gains Insight, being able to perform shoots where bullets pierce through everybody and everything with ease.

so....1 attack every 1.5 secs....hmmm.....then..i dunno...i think u shld have a better % of slow i guess..i'm thinking 3~5 bullets in clip(gives a lil chance to attack normally too) would be better >.> hence Dragunov....a semi-automatic sniper(which normally has a mag cap of 10 rounds)..but i dunno.....it's ur call after all.....

I thought too about 10 bullets, since its semi-automatic...
The problem would be, What about the attack speed... I've never seen a sniper firing 2-3 hits second lol.
My idea was Reki not using AS, just a command to Attack.
The main idea is Attack, Reload, Attack, Reload, which takes 2 seconds to do (3,5s on focus fire)

A standard Dragunov can hold 10 rounds.
I'd still go for A. You can't shoot 10 bullets from a sniper rifile within 3s if it's not Counter-Strike (idk wtf happened in the anime). And it would be too long if the atk cd is meant for each bullets.

The main difference is instead of Attack - Reload - Attack - Reload, it will work like: Attack - Attack .... Attack - Reload, and so on.

but if we add 10 bullets...we have to worry abt skill spam
i dunno abt this but...can we like make other skills have like 3 secs cd if she uses a skill.
For example: Reki uses Disarming Shot and Penetrating shot and Single assasination will gain 3 cd and vice versa.

If I do it like you say, Reki won't be able to use her skills, while other heros may spam 4 skills at once.
I find it a bit unbalanced for Reki.
I love challenges though.

It might be a bit unbalanced but she is using a sniper. Of course it would be a disadvantage of any sniper out there to not be able move quick. Well this Reki one seems really interesting.

After a few days thinking, I've decided which bullet option will be on Reki.
On the anime she only uses one bullet, but seeing her weapon is able to have 5-10 bullets, i decided to keep the second option.

- That is not tooltips (the part aboce Reki is unable to move)
- Obvious question since i can't think of anything else : what damage is increased ?
_Reload :
- Dude refrain yourself from xxxyyyzzz unneeded tooltips.
- Why shouldn't it activate Alastor ? Wait does Shana's default haxx with Alastor
- It's not like you can really do anything at base, only 1k5 range, not like it's global ...
- Auto attack isn't even a term.
- What about left click for attack (something can be done about the xxx spell targeting part)? Then we can remove the attack button, and it makes player feel like a real sniper (Sniping from 3rd view is so cool)
- Does using a skill considered as an attack, thus trigger the cooldown thinggy?
1st skill
_Disarming shot :
- My god with the description...
- Why are you using "his" ? ->Reduces targeted unit's damage and MS for a period of time. (4s ain't brief)
- Its effect isn't really that great , so i suggest a constant cooldown or st less.
2nd skill
_Penetrating bullet :
- That name was raw, u actually used that?
- -> AoE = 124, because lots of ppl don't know wtf is collision.
- I think you should add something to this plain skill. Modern war sucks.
- More range (effective), it's modified after all.
3rd skill
_Hawk Eye :
- I prefer Eagle.
- I think you don't really understand what the tooltips are for. And it seems to me that the tooltip part (above Reiku's attacks) fits better as a description.
- It's not an orb effect and it looks more like a buff placer. -> Doesn't stack with some Orb Effects and Buff Placers.
- Fail -> Miss. kkthxbai

_Single Assassinate :
- qtf name. It's really named like that? Officially ?
- Dude wtf tooltips.
- Do you gain true sight ? If not, what will happen if the targeted unit goes invi ?

I decided for the 2nd option, with 10 bullets. Attack Cooldown will be 1,5s, and 3s with Focus Fire.
