Description: Tsukune was originally a normal human that was sent to attend a school for youkai, since it was a school for youkai he was often forced into fights regularly and relied on Ayakashi Mokas vampire powers, however in a fight with a Fox demon he was almost burnt to death and was injected with Mokas vampire blood, letting him live whilst turning him into a Ghoul which often ran out of control when in danger, causing him to destroy enemies with haste and bloodlust, when Moka was kidnapped by Fairy tail Tsukune wanted to get stronger so Touhoufai performed the Human Reconstruction Ability to reconstruct Tsukune's body turning him into part youkai and allowing him to perform Youjutsu and utilize his vampire blood.

Default Skill: Youki Sensor [Passive]:
Tsukune has the Ability to sense the Youki of enemies, describing it as a 'Black Aura' or Killing intent

-Every time an opponent casts a spell in 3000 AOE, They are pinged and given a Debuff which makes Tsukunes Spells and meele do 5% more Damage to the debuffed unit(Stackable)
-Ping has 5 Sec CD per Enemy
-Debuff lasts 3 Seconds

Skill 1:Vampire Blood [Active] [Self-Buff]:
Vampires are a proud race and are the strongest type of youkai in existence, Tsukune uses the vampire blood to inflict fear upon enemies, weakening them while strengthening himself

-Lowers All stats of opponents by an amount and adds the stolen stats to Tsukune's stats temporarly
-Opponents are selected randomly in 1000 AOE, only Non-Allied Heroes are targeted
-Only the 3 Basic stats are stolen (Endurance, Swiftness and Potency)
-Lasts 10 Seconds, After that all enemy's and Tsukune's stats are returned to normal

Skill 2:Touhou Fuhai Style- Muei-Tou [Passive]:
This is a technique invented by Tohou-fai invented to counter the jigen-to, it prevents enemies from moving there body through dimensions disallowing them to phase through attacks as long as it is touching the enemies body

-Reduces Opponents evasion when attacking
-Slows the opponents AS every attack (Stacks)
-If under the effects of Youki Sensor, it gives Tsukune a bonus chance to CRIT the opponent for 2X Damage
-Slow lasts for 3 Seconds each hit (So each time it is hit, the debuff has a Duration for each hit)

Level 1:Reduces Evasion by 4%, Slows AS by 1% Each hit, has a 5% Chance to CRIT
Level 2:Reduces Evasion by 8%, Slows AS by 2% Each hit, has a 10% Chance to CRIT
Level 3:Reduces Evasion by 12%, Slows AS by 3% Each hit, has a 15% Chance to CRIT
Level 4:Reduces Evasion by 16%, Slows AS by 4% Each hit, has a 20% Chance to CRIT
Level 5:Reduces Evasion by 20%, Slows AS by 5% Each hit, has a 25% Chance to CRIT

Skill 3:Youki Smash Counter [Active] [Damage Type:Spell] [Instant]:
Tsukune is able to counter attacks by putting forward a more powerful youki than theirs which results in them being crushed or sent flying

-Once clicked, the move is activated when the next Non-allied hero attack Tsukune
-The attacker is sent flying in the opposite direction of its facing angle at 350 MS and dealt initial damage
-If an opponent is in the way (300 AOE) of the Attacker when he is traveling, they are both dealt the initial damage /Amt of collisions and the opponent is sent flying with the attacker
-The opponent is released from this spell after 800 Range or if he encounters an obstacle (Wall/pillar)
-If the attacker encounters an obstacle he and all the opponents also affected by this spell are dealt Initial Damage/2 in normal Meele Damage
-Only activated by meele spells and Non-invunerable heroes

Level 2:Deals 150% of Tsukune's Normal damage + Bonuses Initially

Level 5:Deals 375% of Tsukune's Normal damage + Bonuses Initially

Example:#1 enemy is knockedback and dealt 500x100 so 500 damage, encounters 2nd enemy so the 1st and 2nd enemy are dealt 500 damage, encounters enemy 3rd and 1st, 2nd and 3rd are dealt 250 damage, then they encounter a pillar so they are all dealt 250 damage so in the end 1st enemy is damaged by 1500, 2nd is dealt 1000 and 3rd is dealt 500

Ultimate:Touhou Fuhai Style- Bakuryuujin [Active] [Damage Type:Spell]
Tsukune charges his Youki within his body and releases it in his fist by smashing it into the ground that releases a huge circular shockwave

-The shockwave travels outwards at 500MS, Deals Damage every 0.3 Seconds, Once calculated, The 1st damage will be split up between enemy Heroes dealing MAX 10% Damage each 0.3 seconds until there is no more damage to be dealt (Will provide an example)
-There is a 2nd Damage which is Universal based on his Attack which does not wear out and affects Heroes AND Creeps but only hits ONCE
-If Tsukune is under the effects of Vampire Blood, the effects of it are X? Amplified for 5 seconds then it wears the effect of even if it is meant to stay for a longer period (Stats are amplified BEFORE damage calculation)
-Any remaining Damage is sent back to Tsukune as a Heal

Level 1:1st Damage Deals 2000 damage, 2nd Damage Deals 175% of Tsukunes Attack Damage, Effects are Amplified by 1.5X
Level 2:1st Damage Deals 3500 damage, 2nd Damage Deals 250% of Tsukunes Attack Damage, Effects are Amplified by 2X
Level 3:1st Damage Deals 5000 damage, 2nd Damage Deals 425% of Tsukunes Attack Damage, Effects are Amplified by 2.5X

EXAMPLE OF ULTI:
Tsukune casts the spell at level 3 - 2 Heroes are in the first 0.3 second damage margin so they are each dealt 5% of 5000 so 250 damage, so there is 4500 Damage left to be dealt also they are damaged by the 2nd damage, 4 Heroes are in the 2nd 0.3 second margin so they are each dealt 2.5% of the damage (112.5), so now there is 4000 Damage remaining, now there are no more heroes affected so Tsukune is healed by 4000 HP

hm...interesting...I like Rosario+vampire. But don't you think that skill 3 and ulti damage is so much?

well in some situations, yeah i guess so, but i will leave it to the pros, if they think its imba i will nerf, and btw this is still in drafts right you arent meant to post on it yet are you? O_o

If Tsukune deals 100 damage for each hit, that would mean this skill would deal a total of around 750 damage.
Does this skill trigger when a skill is used? And what happens if the enemy is temporarily invulnerable when they are? (Like Reimu's fantasy heaven)
And what happens if he was left alone and not attacked at all?

By the way what's bonus initially?

Add a wee bit more on the description. One or two more sentences added would work
Other than that, you'd have to leave this to the professionals. I got not stuff in this


Overall I think you just need to space out the ---- from the words by a space or two. And add one or two more sentences to the main descriptions of each skill. By I mean main description, I mean how would people describe that ability if it was real.

yeah anime sux compared to the manga, anime turns way more into an ecchi harem and misses out all of the awesome combat
