Tsukune Aono
Modified Human/Vampire Ghoul
Description: Tsukune was originally a normal human that was sent to attend a school for youkai, since it was a school for youkai he was often forced into fights regularly and relied on Ayakashi Mokas vampire powers, however in a fight with a Fox demon he was almost burnt to death and was injected with Mokas vampire blood, letting him live whilst turning him into a Ghoul which often ran out of control when in danger, causing him to destroy enemies with haste and bloodlust, when Moka was kidnapped by Fairy tail Tsukune wanted to get stronger so Touhoufai performed the Human Reconstruction Ability to reconstruct Tsukune's body turning him into part youkai and allowing him to perform Youjutsu and utilize his vampire blood.

Tsukune has the Ability to sense the Youki of enemies, describing it as a 'Black Aura' or Killing intent

-Every time an opponent casts a spell in 3000 AOE, They are pinged and given a Debuff which makes Tsukunes Spells and meele do 5% more Damage to the debuffed unit(Stackable)
-Ping has 5 Sec CD per Enemy
-Debuff lasts 3 Seconds
Skill 1:Vampire Blood [Active] [Self-Buff]:
Vampires are a proud race and are the strongest type of youkai in existence, Tsukune uses the vampire blood to inflict fear upon enemies, weakening them while strengthening himself

-Lowers All stats of opponents by an amount and adds the stolen stats to Tsukune's stats temporarly
-Opponents are selected randomly in 1000 AOE, only Non-Allied Heroes are targeted

-Lasts 10 Seconds, After that all enemy's and Tsukune's stats are returned to normal

Skill 2:Touhou Fuhai Style- Muei-Tou [Passive]:
This is a technique invented by Tohou-fai invented to counter the jigen-to, it prevents enemies from moving there body through dimensions disallowing them to phase through attacks as long as it is touching the enemies body

-Reduces Opponents evasion when attacking
-Slows the opponents AS every attack (Stacks)
-If under the effects of Youki Sensor, it gives Tsukune a bonus chance to CRIT the opponent for 2X Damage
-Slow lasts for 3 Seconds each hit (So each time it is hit, the debuff has a Duration for each hit)

-Once clicked, the move is activated when the next Non-allied hero attack Tsukune
-The attacker is sent flying in the opposite direction of its facing angle at 350 MS and dealt initial damage
-If an opponent is in the way (300 AOE) of the Attacker when he is traveling, they are both dealt the initial damage /Amt of collisions and the opponent is sent flying with the attacker
-The opponent is released from this spell after 800 Range or if he encounters an obstacle (Wall/pillar)
-If the attacker encounters an obstacle he and all the opponents also affected by this spell are dealt Initial Damage/2 in normal Meele Damage
-Only activated by meele spells and Non-invunerable heroes

Ultimate:Touhou Fuhai Style- Bakuryuujin [Active] [Damage Type:Spell]
Tsukune charges his Youki within his body and releases it in his fist by smashing it into the ground that releases a huge circular shockwave

-The shockwave travels outwards at 500MS, Deals Damage every 0.3 Seconds, Once calculated, The 1st damage will be split up between enemy Heroes dealing MAX 10% Damage each 0.3 seconds until there is no more damage to be dealt (Will provide an example)
-There is a 2nd Damage which is Universal based on his Attack which does not wear out and affects Heroes AND Creeps but only hits ONCE
-If Tsukune is under the effects of Vampire Blood, the effects of it are X? Amplified for 5 seconds then it wears the effect of even if it is meant to stay for a longer period (Stats are amplified BEFORE damage calculation)
-Any remaining Damage is sent back to Tsukune as a Heal

You do mean 10 stats stolen dispersed over 5 heroes at max level right, not stealing 10 of each stats from 5 heroes at max level. *how do you steal from 6 opponent heroes anyway?*
Reducing evasion sounds rather irritating to do since it requires removing a buff from an item or therefore removing the item and replacing it with another one or do extra damage with % chance through triggers when it detects a miss.
Shouldn't there be a buff duration on third skill? And what is a "melee spell".

Either the reviewers here willing to review are either busy, thinks this is a good enough suggestion or simply cannot find ways whether or not this is going to work despite it being good.
I think I'm a bit of the last two or an all of the above. The abilities are all nice but I'm not sure they can all be made. But I'm probably wrong.
Anyway, can you try making the level 1/2/3/4/5 yellow? It kinda hurts in the eyes to look through the dark background

Actually I thought I already reviewed this before.
Default : Seems Shaoran already got a hold of this already.
1st skill : The scaling difference with level is too much. From 2 pathetic stat to 10*possible 5 heroes = 50 (which is still outrageous even with 10s, that's twice as much a 2nd tier item)
2nd skill : Can't reduce evasion chance. AS reduction is too insignificant to the point of being useless.
3rd skill : It's both too much yet not enough at the same time. And how would you expect him to farm, in a game that still requires farming more than killing?
Ultimate : You're over-complicating stuffs.
