Heroes:
Dead Master - BRS Ova
-When casted Dark Order, if dies, the skull will disappear with her, but the effect still continues.
Aigis - Persona
-Ultimate's stated hotkey is [E], despite of working with [R].
Alice - Touhou
-Doll Creation : Dolls created cannot move a certain range away from Alice, hence all dolls are destroyed when you are suddenly moved that certain range away from her. This should be removed completely, as the dolls automatically follows Alice in normal condition anyway.
-Doll Creation : Dolls created apparently can move through all kinds of obstacles and impassable terrain.
Akiha - Tsukihime
-Whenever she uses 3rd skill, her MS is permanently reduced. This happens if she strike an opponent hero during it. The more you hit the slower you be...
-Her 3rd skill has weird level required to learn it, seems 1 less from normal (1/3/6/9/12 instead of 1/4/7/10/13)
Gintoki - Gintama
-Combination of both 1st and 2nd skill can cause Gintoki to move away from the map's playable area until -unstuck or the next duel.
-Gintoki's knockback from 1st skill at near maximum MS can cause knock'd target to fly away from map's playable area or stuck inside some trees.
Konata - Lucky Star
-Random Access Memory : Frozen Link does not work at all levels. Gungnir might also not working as well, but this might not be the case, as it could have been a visual bug.
-Copycat : Cancels anything it would do if the spell is gone (Charged with DM's Q halfway).
-Otaku Beam : Dealt 1k8 damage, stated 1k6. Its direction is also changed when Shana-tan uses her ulti.
-For some reason, Konata can enter Haruhi's field sometimes.
Miku - Touhou
-Beats of Music : Causing extreme lag problem to low-end PCs.
Nanoha - Magical Lyrical Girl Nanoha
-Whenever she dies, there appears to be some weird column of light that has a dead animation too, blurry and floating up into the sky and then disappear. It has the same length of Nanoha's Divine Buster, but its color looks like a totem???
Haruhi - Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu
-Sailor Haruhi : effect tooltip is wrong, as it does not give 110 damage. Instead, the damage is the total amount you can achieve from the waves which are released as you attack. But since you release less waves at early levels of this skill, the damage is not exactly 110.
Reisen - Touhou
-When using 3rd Skill (E), sometimes the extra damage effect is not totally gone, permanently granting her more damage than how her damage is showed in the hero UI. (Permanently Activated 3rd Skill E's bonus damage effect, does not show the actual damage given).
-Ocassionally, Reisen instantly revives after death for the whole game.
Roa - Melty Blood
-It's possible to use each skills' upgraded version without leveling ultimate, with very low chance. This happens at level 8 and up.
Saito - Zero no Tsukaima
-Ultimate is very buggy. The hero still become paused and unable to play with when you are using it right before duel time. If your target goes away from your ultimate's tracking, you will also be paused.
Sakura - Card Captor Sakura
-Extremely lag when W is used and someone attacks the W-ed target. Major laggot when Kanade uses Delay to hit it or Ichigo, and especially Saito's ultimate.
-The Windy : Seems to deal more damage at the furthest range (1250).
-The Fiery : It is completely different from tooltips. It deals 1k damage on hit at level 5 instead of 200 DPS, and somehow it doesn't deal damage (MISS) to the target hero if it's far away from her (600+ range?) or has physical evasion.
Shaoran - Card Captor Sakura
-His first skill's gfx causes lag and such to low-end PCs.
TK - Angel Beats
-Headspin's animation doesn't seem to be functioning normally. It has weird interaction with Ultimate, and it isn't even shown at all during Dancing in the Shadow.
Yuuji - Shakugan no Shana
-Silver Ball has level required to learn it of 8/11/14 instead of 8/16/24.
Bosses:
Tenshi - Touhou
-When using any kind of boulder-using skill, if you are killed by it, sometimes you get stunned even when you have respawned. At worse cases where she kills you while you are being paused but is revived instantly afterward (right before the duel, when you are still in farming arena), you will be paused until you die.
-Extremely laggy whenever she uses her AoE skills.
AI related
-AIs still ignore players and go camping at the top side of duel arena instead. They begin to chase normally if an enemy is seen though.
-Sometimes, AIs still drop their items at base and leave base with only potions. They get it back after they return to base though.
-AIs seems to be trying to follow Phoenix instead of Sakura.
-Alice's AI at lower levels seems to be able to use her 1st skill twice at once, or 2 damage instances at once.
-Syaoran's AI shows strange behavior, not attacking his target for 1~2s, then continue to attack or in some case, he runs away.
-Miku's AI seems to be able to continue with her ultimate even after dead. And it doesn't seem to disable anymore? (not sure about human)
Commands:
-When randoming because of the time for picking has ended, the name of the character is not colored
-When player X+1 uses -random, player X cannot random. (Insert X = 1->9)
-When you use -pa then use -random before picking for AIs, you cannot pick for AIs.
Gameplay:
-There is an extremely rare chance of the picking system to malfunction, showing only the grass and no hero icon nor the normal board to pick. This caused the replay to broke as well, making it stops immediately after in-game loading.
-Shop still has its branch shop's dummy units, making it possible to mistakenly buy the wrong item in a hurry.
-Uknown crates (correct name would be Unknown), sometimes respawn itself randomly at unreachable places, sometimes they just don't respawn at all?
-Bottom left vector plate seems to have less AoE recognition than normal, really hard to step on the right place to be pushed.
-Dropping an item to the ground while in duel fully heals your HP, pauses you and teleports you to the mid of the duel arena.

Let's say before Player 1 enters -random, Player 2 enters that first. After that, no matter how many times Player 1 enters -random, it won't work.

I checked that bug again and found out that it doesn't just limit to random. Even normal picking cause that bug too.

Not sure if intentional, but Sharon's attack doesn't trigger corruption orb effect.
Also, Gintoki's bike can cause him to be stuck at doodads.

Sorry no replay or screenshot. I was in a duel with Aria and I dropped my hollow mask while on the west side of the arena, suddenly my character teleported ONTO the northeastern corner of the middle fountain, unable to move or attack. I was vulnerable. I was Shaoran and aria was Nanoha

I was playing Gintoki and facing Aigis.
Aigis used Salvation and I was fforced to attack her.
Then the duel is about to begin, but Gintoki is not being paused and is still attacking Aigis.

That is a nomal behaviour, the hero is forced to attack Aigis regardless. If Gintoki is still forced to attack Aigis, and she is not on the field, that would be the bug, in which case would not happen as the buff would be over already.

Not to be rude, but should the normal behaviour of the heroes right before the duel by paused and uncontrolable?
Speaking of that, Tenshi can still cast spells right before duels. I know Tenshi's spells are casted through triggers, but IIRC, those triggers can be turned off, right?

As I've stated, this overrides anything else. The hero is paused an uncontrollable, but obviously a trigger enforcing otherwise would overrides it, unless a mark is given. Which is not the case.the hero is forced to attack Aigis regardless
Where might you have learned that, hence the "IIRC"?I know Tenshi's spells are casted through triggers, but IIRC, those triggers can be turned off, right?
I've seen the same AI behaviour, but frankly either Harakke be trolling or just couldn't do it, thus Invoker and Tinna in Dota Imba AI still spam spells even when disabled.
The simple solution no one ever think of, is a simple pause to Tenshi too.

In the past, I had made maps of sorts and learned about triggers through worldedit, hence IIRC.

After a while, my bro use 1st Skill and the game crashed.
Edit:
BTW, I used Grimmjow and my bro uses Ichigo.
The crash occurs randomly, but less often.

Well, I was dcing 1 day rlly often, but i think it was most likely the garena messing up not the game.

His 1st skill use triggered movement, thus he must be paused so that you cannot execute the normal movement and messes with the triggered movement. That is why Fuzetsu, which pauses units, can't do anything to Gintoki, as he is already paused and his movement is made via triggers.

The spell indeed have longer time for knockback effect than damage effect. For about 1s.
